Shipping policy

<p>Every Blackety Black piece ships from our warehouse in Tucker, GA. We print to order and pack with care.</p>
<h2>Production time</h2>
<p>Most orders print and ship within <strong>5–7 business days</strong>. Limited-run drops may take longer; we'll always note an estimate on the product page.</p>
<h2>Domestic shipping (United States)</h2>

<li>Standard (3–5 business days after production): rate calculated at checkout</li>
<li>Expedited (1–3 business days after production): rate calculated at checkout</li>

<h2>International shipping</h2>
<p>We ship to most countries outside the U.S. Transit time is typically <strong>7–14 business days</strong> after production. Customs and import duties are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.</p>
<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.</p>
<h2>Lost or stuck packages</h2>
<p>If your package shows delivered but didn't arrive, or hasn't updated in tracking for more than 7 business days, email us at <a href="mailto:orders@lgphub.com">orders@lgphub.com</a> and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it can't be recovered we'll replace or refund.</p>
<h2>Address accuracy</h2>
<p>Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered delivered once tracking confirms. We can re-ship to a corrected address but we may need to charge for the second shipment.</p>
