Shipping Policy

Every Blackety Black piece ships from our warehouse in Tucker, GA. We print to order and pack with care.

Production time

Most orders print and ship within 5–7 business days. Limited-run drops may take longer; we'll always note an estimate on the product page.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Standard (3–5 business days after production): rate calculated at checkout
• Expedited (1–3 business days after production): rate calculated at checkout

International shipping

We ship to most countries outside the U.S. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days after production. Customs and import duties are not included in the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Lost or stuck packages

If your package shows delivered but didn't arrive, or hasn't updated in tracking for more than 7 business days, email us at orders@lgphub.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it can't be recovered we'll replace or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered delivered once tracking confirms. We can re-ship to a corrected address but we may need to charge for the second shipment.
