Refund Policy

You can return any Blackety Black piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Unworn, unwashed, original tags attached.

How it works

1. Email orders@lgphub.com with your order number and a one-line note on why it's coming back.
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions within one business day.
3. Pack the item in its original condition and drop it off. Customers cover the cost of return shipping for non-defective returns — typically $5–$10 domestic.
4. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or wrong item

Anything arrives defective, mis-printed, or mis-shipped: we cover return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full. Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it out fast.

Final sale

Limited-run drops, items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and any item visibly worn or washed are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a size is to return the original (instructions above) and place a new order. Stock moves quickly and this guarantees you get the size you want.
